Another big year for the NGA.NET Client Service Team,
NGA.NET scores 89.30% for Customer Satisfaction in Australian IT Category Industry Awards

The judging process for the 2008 Australian Achiever Awards for Victoria’s Internet & Computer Services & Supplies category has been announced and Melbourne based NGA.NET scored a highly recommended 89.30%.

A cross section of NGA.NET customers and suppliers participated in this confidential survey. They were asked to comment on a range of questions about addressing client needs, time to respond, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and an overall customer perception.

About the Australian Achiever Awards
Now in its eleventh year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’ own customers – an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
